• Please book the shuttle bus to the station at our front desk by 21:00 on the previous day.
• The Minami Onsen-kyo bus does not stop at Yusen Shidate. Please alight at Hotel Shidotaira.
• Arrival and departure times may change due to traffic and bad weather. In such circumstances, we regret that we cannot take responsibility for missed connections.
• Please board and alight from the shuttle bus either at Bus Stop No.2 at Shin-Hanamaki Station or at the bus stop directly in front of the exit to Hanamaki Station.
• Please note that no more than six people per booking may board the shuttle bus.

• The Sendai Free Shuttle Bus is available only for guests of Hotel Shidotaira and Yusen Shidate.
• On December 29, there is only a return shuttle bus to Sendai Station (no pick-up service). (Departs from Shidotaira Onsen)
• Service resumes for the pick-up shuttle bus from Sendai Station on January 4.
• The Sendai Free Shuttle Bus service ends with the last return service to Sendai Station on March 31. (Departs from Shidotaira Onsen)
• When using this service, please arrive on time to board the bus: by 13:00 at Sendai Station, by 9:25 at Yusen Shidate, and by 9:35 at Hotel Shidotaira.
• This service is available only with an advance reservation. Please make a reservation for not more than six people per booking by telephone or e-mail at least seven days in advance. (Please tell us the dates you wish to use the service both from and to the station, the stop at which you will board and alight (please specify ‘Sendai Station’), your name, the number of adults and children aged three and over, and your contact telephone number. If you reserve through the internet, please provide the above details in the ‘Requests’ field of the reservation form. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail.)

• Unfortunately, it is not possible to board or alight from the bus other than at designated bus stops.
• There are small, medium and large-size buses. Please note that you may have to share the bus with other parties and that smoking is not permitted aboard the bus.
